Required — projects are organised by Project Manager in Projects and Planning.
Define stages and milestones
Standard: one system, grid of lites. Custom: open Unit Studio to split glass, pick a rectangle (or other) outline, and link extra systems.
Default is Flat Rectangle on the roof. Pick another template if you need pitch or a different shape, then set Horizontal / Vertical Divisions — glass qty = columns × rows.
Glass qty = Horizontal × Vertical divisions.
Width = footprint width · Height below = footprint length on the roof.
Pick one place first — this is the usual roof edge, or a balcony / project slab from the wall.
Straight along this elevation, L / U around the slab, or Custom drawn on the grid above the last slab.
Click grid dots in order along the glass line on the slab. Backspace = Undo.
Set pane count per elevation / grid run. Total glass is the sum.
Total glass will follow the runs above.
Shown as projected rectangles on the wall around the unit — no wall cut-out.
Each Horizontal × Vertical cell gets a type (left to right, top to bottom). Or place the unit and Split a glass lite in the model.
F = Fixed • S = Sliding • HD = Hinged Door • W = Openable Window • TT = Tilt & Turn • PVT = Pivot Door • E = Empty (remove glass, insert another system)
Default is Rectangle. Arch and other named shapes are optional — Custom outline starts as a rectangle, not an arch.
Same idea as Wall Grid — click intersections to draw, or pick a template. Set Radius / Rise for Arch, Curved, Shaped, Diagonal.
The unit is placed on the selected Floor & Elevation of the 3D model.
Enable for tall units that span multiple floors (e.g. Ground → 2nd). Enter the bottom distance in metres; the unit rises continuously by its Height with no floor separation.
Wall design cut-outs only — no BOQ, frames, glass, or stage progress
Select an opening to edit, or create a new one.
0 = on the floor line. e.g. 900 raises the opening like a sill height.
Click grid points to draw any opening path. Close the shape when finished.
Facade staircase with glass or aluminium rails. It sits inside the building (not outside the wall). Rise/run lands on the upper floor, and the slab is boolean-cut to the stair well. Only Frame + Glass are unit parts — treads are building objects like walls and slabs.
Straight, L / U / C / T, spiral, or a ramp with rails.
Same name as a window/door is allowed — this Non-Facade item is billed separately and sits below or above that unit.
For Balustrade this is Glass Qty — width splits into equal glass panels.
Not every item sits inside a wall opening. Canopies and steel frames project outward from the wall.
Total width is split equally into this many glass panels (frameless balustrade).
All non-facade items render as real 3D objects. Pick a preset, open Design Studio to add frames (left, right, top, diagonals…), or draw a custom profile.
Design Studio is active — click Design Studio above to edit frames, or change Structure Shape to switch mode.
Click grid intersections to draw any steel profile, ladder outline, or bespoke shape — same tool as Window Shape Grid.
Choose whether this unit belongs in Main BOQ or Variation before it is created.
Is this item included in
Standard: one system and a regular grid. Custom: split lites and insert another system on a panel (same unit code).
Default is Flat Rectangle on the roof. Pick another template if you need pitch or a different shape, then set Horizontal / Vertical Divisions — glass qty = columns × rows.
Glass qty = Horizontal × Vertical divisions.
Roof = last floor slab. Balcony = projected slab from this wall.

Click grid dots in order along the glass line on the slab. Backspace = Undo.
Set pane count per elevation / grid run. Total glass is the sum.

After BOQ import units start as Standard. Change shape here — Window Shape Grid appears (wall-grid style) with Radius / Rise.
Click grid points to draw a custom silhouette (like Create Wall grid), or pick a template. Adjust Radius / Rise for a uniform curve.
Same name as a Facade window/door is allowed — this stays a separate billed Non-Facade item.
Total width is split equally into this many glass panels.
Design Studio is active — click Design Studio above to edit frames.

Up to 100 people · each person can have different stage access
Decide who is on this project — then control Model vs Data visibility
| Zone | Who can see it | Who cannot |
|---|---|---|
| Project Model3D façade / Open Model | Everyone assigned below (user, team, or role). All team members on an assigned team can open the model. | People not assigned to this project |
| Project DataBOQ · Payment · Tracker | Same assigned people — limited by their stage rule and role “Project Values” | Unassigned users · hidden money if role has Values = Hidden |
| Workflow stagesProgress updates | Only stages allowed for that user / team / role (All / Up to / Only this stage / Only these stages) | Stages outside their limit stay hidden |
Tick the stages this person may update (typically 2–4, for example Delivery + Installation + WIR).
Every member of an assigned team can see the project and open the Project Model. Stage limits below control which Project Data stages they can update.
Tick the stages this team may update (typically 2–4).
Every user with that role (e.g. Facade Designer) is treated as assigned. They get Project Model access; stage rules limit Project Data. User/team rules override role rules.
Tick the stages this role may update (typically 2–4).
Set zone-by-zone visibility — who sees Project Model, Project Data, money, and each nav tab
Default stage limit for this role. Project Manager and Project Engineer with “All stages” always see the full workflow on assigned projects (Project Access membership still required). For other roles, a project’s Access rule can narrow stages further.
Which top-level menu items this role sees. Turn off a tab to hide that entire zone from the nav (permission rows above still apply if they open a deep link).
Mark units on the model, then issue an NCR or Observation Report
Once issued, this person must submit clarification. The report closes when clarification is submitted.
Select units on the model first, then open QC Report — or pick units below for the chosen project.
Admin or QC only — permanently removes the NCR/OBR
This permanently deletes the report from the project QC folder and clears the NCR/OBR tag on the model.
Submitting clarification will close this NCR / Observation report
Why do you want to delete this project?
Your request will be sent for admin review. The project stays visible but becomes inactive until an admin approves or rejects the deletion.

This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Wrong BOQ leftover payment data — admin approval required
Use this when a wrong BOQ left extra units in the Payment Report. Only items not on the current Final BOQ are placed under deletion. Units that exist on Final BOQ keep their payment / progress data. An Admin must approve before anything is removed.
Scope will be calculated when you open this request.

Split the unit into any panel layout. Each panel becomes a glass pane / component and follows the model.
Default is Rectangle. Pick Arch only if the frame is arched.
This panel can carry an extra system on the same unit code (for example a door in a curtain wall). Size follows the panel. Use it or Ignore it, then press OK.
One method per leaf. Two panels = a double door (two shutters) on this same unit code.
Set the % weight each stage column contributes to the payment total for this project. Weights should total 100%. Any decimal is allowed (for example 4.999999912) and the exact value is kept until you change it.
Weights do not total 100%. The payment total will still be calculated as the weighted sum of completed stages.

Roof Floor + optional Top Roof
1) Choose a texture · 2) Click a wall face on the building
Set the wall footprint, choose which floors it applies to, then Apply.
Ground Floor is always required. Choose how wall shapes apply across floors.
Default is 4500 mm. Set a floor only when that storey is taller or shorter.
Grid 5 × 4 · 2 m cells
Room dividers, courtyards, and frameless glass inside the footprint. Click grid points in order (straight, L, U).
Click grid points on the plan to draw a wall inside the room.
Solid partition wall used to divide a room. Click two points on the grid.
Courtyard defaults to every floor (Ground through Roof). Uncheck and pick one floor for a single-storey courtyard.
Select a texture, then click the wall face in 3D. Painted elevations show below.
Draw in 3D — type a size while creating (500, 800x1200, 500<90). Snap, ortho, and join like CAD.
Offsets are in millimetres from the assigned wall slot. Wall origin starts at (0, 0, 0).
Tip: in Move mode, drag up/down on the object; hold Shift while dragging to move in/out from the wall.
